This policy explains how Webhive Ventures LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on mentionly.so and app.mentionly.so.

The short version

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Service. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies from Google Analytics on mentionly.so to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising. You choose in the cookie banner and can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are always on because the Service can't work without them.

• Authentication cookies (set by our auth provider, Supabase, names starting with sb-): keep you signed in to app.mentionly.so and protect your session. They last until you sign out or the session expires.
• Security cookies: used during sign-in and password reset flows to prevent forged requests. They are short-lived.
• Consent preference (mentionly_consent, stored in your browser): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies.

Analytics cookies (only with consent)

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*, up to 2 years): count visits and show which pages are used, so we can improve the site. Provided by Google LLC.

We use Google Consent Mode. Until you click "Accept all", Google tags run with storage denied and do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The app (app.mentionly.so) does not use analytics cookies.

Payments

When you subscribe, you are sent to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies on its domain for fraud prevention, as described in Stripe's cookie policy.

Managing cookies

Change your analytics choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block the strictly necessary cookies, you won't be able to sign in to the app.

If we add new types of cookies, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
