Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mentionly, provided by Webhive Ventures LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

Mentionly helps you find public conversations about your market, scores them with AI, drafts replies and tracks how AI assistants mention your brand. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing anything before you use or publish it.

Acceptable use

• You post replies yourself, under your own accounts, and follow the rules of each community and platform (including Reddit's and Hacker News' rules on self-promotion and disclosure).
• You will not use the Service to spam, impersonate others, post fake reviews or testimonials, or harass anyone.
• You will not attempt to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the Service or share your account.

Our Acceptable Use Policy describes these rules in more detail.

Trial, plans and billing

New accounts get a 7-day free trial without a credit card. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Plan limits (such as monthly mentions and keywords) apply as described on the pricing page.

Support

Support is provided by email at support@mentionly.so and through the in-app support form, in English, on business days. We aim to send a first reply within 2 business days on Starter and during the trial, within 1 business day on Pro, and the same business day on Scale. These are targets, not guarantees, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide and of the drafts generated for you. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Third-party data

Posts and AI answers shown in the Service come from third parties. We do not guarantee their availability, completeness or accuracy, and access may change if those platforms change their terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular business result, including changes in AI assistant recommendations. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
